At PEOS INDUSTRIES, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there might be situations where a product falls short of your expectations. In such cases, we have outlined the following terms and conditions pertaining to returns and refunds: 

7-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return: 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are covered by customers. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 


  • Limited Edition: We do not accept returns or exchanges for limited editions.
  • Special Order Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for special order or non-stocking items.
  • Sale (Discount) Items: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price. All sale items are considered final sale.
  • Late Returns: Requests for returns made after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Procedure:

To initiate your return, kindly provide the following: 

  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A photo or brief video demonstrating the issue encountered with the product.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your return to us. PEOS INDUSTRIES cannot be held accountable for lost or delayed return shipments. 


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited within 10 business days. Please be aware that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
